ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the properties of the petitioner situated in S.No.452/2C2 measuring 3 cents situated at Nuthulapuram, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.10.2024.

Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Dinesh Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who takes notice for the third respondent.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The petitioner claims right over the subject property under the Will executed by his mother Meenatchi, dated 30.12.2020. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in patta No.4150. He submitted an application on 18.06.2024 in application No.2024/0123/13/003207, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court. 5.The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the on-line application of the petitioner, dated 18.06.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of cop of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
