ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is seeking respondents 1 to 3 to implement the award made by the second respondent dated 27.12.2000.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 placed before this Court communications dated 19.09.2024 and 08.11.2024 calling upon the fourth respondent herein to remit the amount as per the award. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ

petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
