ORDER

When it was pointed out that the Second Respondent does not have power to pass any orders on the representation made by the Petitioner and the matter relates to the property tax and the power to pass orders on the representation made by the Petitioner is only vested with the Commissioner of Madurai Corporation, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned authority in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with 2/4

the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
