2. The impugned order is quashed on the only ground that it has not been preceded by any show cause notice. The matter is remanded to the file of the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent will follow the procedure laid down in Section 128 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.24135 OF 2022 Bodies Act 1998. With the aforesaid liberty to the fourth respondent, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
