The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry, has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.177 of 2023 and the petitioner's staff has indulged in the crime. He further submits that they are not harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
