This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant one month emergency leave to the petitioner's husband namely Dhilipkumar, S/o.Late Murugesan, a life convict prisoner, now confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, without escort and to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.08.2025 & 13.08.2025.
