ORDER

This writ petitioner has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent as per the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2015.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the 1st respondent, basing on the written instructions received from the 1st respondent, submits that the 2nd respondent was engaged as Block Resource Person on contract basis from 03.03.2022 to 28.02.2023 and it was extended for two more months. Finally, it was extended up to 31st May, 2023. Thereafter, the contract was not extended, as there was no requirement for Resource Person.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that as the 2nd respondent was not working under the 1st respondent, the issue of initiating action against her does not arise at present.

4. Having heard the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.

5.1. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.2. No costs.
