Respondent/Respondent/Defebdants Prayer:- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur to dispose of the IA No.398 of 2018 in OS No.322 of 2018 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and requisition letter submitted by the District Judge, Karur seeking Six months extension of time to dispose the suit,and upon hearing hearing the arguments of M/s.P.Vadivel, Advocate for the Petitioner and of none appearance for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This Court by order, dated 05.11.2019, directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Karur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.322 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the said suit was transferred to District Court, Karur and re-numbered as O.S.No.45 of 2020 for disposal along with O.S.No.118 of 2018.

3.The request of the learned Judge is reasonable. Though the request is to grant further time of six months, in view of the outbreak of COVID-19, this Court grant eight months time from today to comply with the order of this Court, dated 05.11.2019.
