ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 351(3) of BNS 1/3

u/s. 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of women Act, 2002 in Cr.No.133 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations that when the defacto complainant resorted to layer form layout with reference to their own property, the petitioner herein and other accused have demanded ransom and wielded weapons and threatened the defacto complainant and considering the fact that the petitioner has also got three previous cases, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
