[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2016 and to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 4 to 10 in Survey No.196/71 of Maaradi Village, Uppiliyapuram South, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the subject land is classified as "Natham" in the A-Register and a Tea Shop was functioning in the subject land and after removing the same, a building for library has been constructed. Except, the library building, Government quarters and bus shelter, there is no other encroachment in the subject land and if any other encroachment is found, the same would be removed by conducting a due survey. To that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.A2/0333/2022, dated 21.09.2022, before this Court.

3. Recording above submission of the learned Government Advocate and the proceedings of the third respondent dated 21.09.2022, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
