ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A), 384 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime.No.12 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the nature of allegations this Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14743 of 2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently, co-accused, who was arrested is released on bail. The same cannot be a change of circumstances to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
