Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is that the petitioner has sought for free house site patta in respect of the Natham lands that has been in continuous occupation of the petitioner. The petitioner has made an application to the respondents on 11.11.2024.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, it would suffice to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
