This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner to her transfer from the Government High School, Panaiadipatti, Virudhunagar District to E.R.R.S.M Government Higher Secondary School, Alangulam, Virudhunagar District.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that now the Government has also passed a G.O.(1D) No.218 School Education (PA.Ka.5(1) Department, dated 20.06.2019 and based on the above said Government Order the petitioner has to workout her remedy before the concerned authorities.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and in the light of the above said Government order, the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the respondents/Education Department to workout her remedy in accordance with law.
