PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the respondents for wilful and contumacious disobedience of direction passed by this Court in the order made in WP(MD)No.15920 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024 and prosecute and punish the respondents for the Contempt of Court for flouting the above said order of this court.

ORDER

When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate by referring to the proceedings dated 03.02.2026 submits that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has been paid towards the dues to the petitioner vide cheque No.111522, dated 30.01.2026 and the balance amount would be paid to the petitioner in four monthly equal installments. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has confirmed that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- and also agreed for receiving the balance amount in four monthly installments.

3.Recording the above submission on either side, this contempt petition is closed.
