O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his relatives in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police would submit that after conducting enquiry, the original complaint given by the complainant was closed and thereafter, another complaint was given by the complainant before the Saravanampatti Police station, Coimbatore, which is now stated to be pending.
3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Principal seat.
