ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 26.09.2019 made in RCOP No.16 of 2019 on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Madurai Town, Madurai.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for hearing on 26.08.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he returned the papers to the petitioner and also filed a memo to that effect. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that delivery has already been ordered and the petitioner has also handed over the possession to the respondents. For filing a memo to that effect, the matter was adjourned today.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 filed a memo stating that pending the Civil Revision Petition, on 26.09.2019, the petitioner has handed over the tenancy premises to the respondents. He also enclosed a copy of the letter given by the petitioner concern. The said memo is recorded.

4. In view of the subsequent development, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.08.2022 ogy To
