ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had been dismissed from service by the second respondent vide order dated 18.06.2013. The petitioner filed W.P(MD)No. 8232 of 2015 and the same was allowed. Challenging the same, the Government filed W.A(MD)No.1259 of 2015 and the writ appeal was allowed on 17.07.2017. The petitioner does not appear to have moved the Hon'ble Apex Court. In these circumstances, the petitioner decided to invoke the mercy jurisdiction of the Government.

3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
