The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate steps to grant permission to conduct the Vinayagar Sathurthi Festival (Santhana Kappu, Special Pooja, Annathanam) and screening Hindu Spiritual cinema movies scheduled to be screened on 27.08.2025 by our Kammankadu villagers to the Sri Sakthi Vinayagar Temple situation at Kammankadu Revenue Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the representation, dated 14.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the representation made by the petitioner was considered and rejected by the second respondent, dated 26.08.2025 and the copy of the 2/5

rejection order is also produced before this Court.

3. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.
