This petition has been filed seeking for direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD)No.15865 of 2019 that the respondents 3 to 6 are disputing with the peaceful possession of his property. In this regard, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.1236 of 2018 before the 3rd Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy and obtained an order of ad-interim injunction in favour of the petitioner and the said suit is pending. Thereafter, the respondents 3 to 6 trespassed into the petitioner's land and threatened him. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 to 6 before respondent police. But the respondent police did not take any action. Hence, this present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been completed and both the parties are agreed to approach the civil Court.

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the concerned Civil Court in accordance with law.
