2. The only request made by the petitioner is that the petition mentioned revision must be disposed of by the first respondent expeditiously. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
