: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and consequently, direct the respondents not to coerce the petitioner to withdraw the legal action initiated by his grandmother on his behalf.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, under the guise of executing a non-bailable warrant, the respondents are harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the Writ Petition came up for hearing, Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that now, non-bailable warrant has been recalled.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
