[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has paid the entire outstanding amount to the respondent bank and the loan account of the petitioner

has been closed and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and therefore, the writ petition may be closed as infructuous.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
