ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner based on the representation dated 22.08.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's father has executed settlement deed in favour of the petitioner's sister, who in turn sold the property to the third respondent and the petitioner has been disputing the title of the third respondent. He would further submit that earlier the petitioner lodged two complaints, based on which CSR.Nos.476 and 518 of 2024 have been registered and after enquiry, the same were ordered to be closed, that now the petitioner has given the present complaint to the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and that since earlier two complaints were closed, they have decided to close the present complaint also.
