With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition as against the notice issued by the Surveyor calling upon the petitioner to offer his objections if any.

3. It is only a notice issued under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and if the petitioner is having any objections, he can very well submit his objections along with document to the concerned Survey Officer. The Survey Officer is bound to consider the objections, if any, as per Section 10(1) of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 after providing opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent, thereafter, the 2/4

Survey Officer is expected to pass an order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
