ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the 3rd respondent is ready to effect water connection to the petitioner, provided the petitioner paying requisite fees and an application to this effect has to be made to the 3rd respondent.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit an application along with the requisite fees to the 3rd respondent, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to grant water connection to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
