Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] By an order dated 08.09.2023, we had directed the petitioner to be released on bail by interim suspension of sentence for the period commencing from 12.09.2023 to 14.09.2023. Accordingly, the matter was listed today.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 08.09.2023, the petitioner's sentence was suspended and he was released on interim bail on 12.09.2023 and thereafter, he had also reported before the jail authorities on 14.09.2023 at 05.58 PM.
3. In view of the compliance of the earlier order of this Court and that the petitioner has also returned to prison, no further orders are required in the present petition.
