ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Supervisor of TASMAC shop challenging the order of suspension, dated 22.08.2024.

2. A perusal of the suspension order reveals that for lack of supervision, the petitioner has been placed under suspension. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TASMAC, the petitioner has been issued with a charge memo and an enquiry officer has also been appointed.

3. Considering the above said facts, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order of suspension except issuing a direction to the respondent 2/5

authorities to complete the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
