CRL MP(MD) No.11644 of 2021 This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.17632 of 2021 dated 25.11.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17632 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
