ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351 & 318(4) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 03.10.2024 and thereafter, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks therefrom.
