This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No1131 of 2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as early as on 21.02.2021 final report was filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar. The Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Leaving open the petitioner's contentions and defences, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar.
