RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court dated. 22.11.2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.17702 of 2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMSUNDARVIJAYARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17702 of 2021, dated 22.11.2021. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Trial Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner by imposing certain conditions upon him and one of the condition is that the petitioner should stay Trichy and sign before the Cantonment Police Station at 10.00 a.m for the period of ten days and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m, until further orders. Since the petitioner is college going student, he is not in a position to comply the above said condition. Hence, he seeks modification, in the above said condition. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.O.P (MD)No.17702 of 2021, dated 22.11.2021, is modified to the effect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.11595 of 2021 that the petitioner shall report before the Kamuthi Police Station, once in a week at 10.30 a.m on every Sunday. The petition is allowed.
