Captioned writ petitions pertain to 'Hazarath Kadar Avulia Pallivasal in Tiruchirappalli District' (hereinafter the 'said Waqf' for the sake of convenience and clarity) which is a surveyed Waqf and the central theme of the lis in the captioned writ petitions pertain to the tenure of Muthavallis qua said Waqf.

Ms.M.R.Priyanka Jothi, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for writ petitioner in both the captioned main writ petitons and Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Waqf Board on behalf of respondents in both the captioned writ petitions are before this Court.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Waqf Board has placed before this Court proceedings dated 12.02.2020 bearing reference Proc.No.15288/14/B5/Try and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner has been favoured with an advance copy of the aforementioned proceedings. Learned counsel for writ petitioner, on instructions submits that the aforementioned proceedings, gives quietus to the prayers in both the captioned writ petitions. This submission is recorded.
