CRL MP(MD) No.12791 of 2022 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in para No.6 in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 17803 of 2022, dated 27.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two common sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners remains un altered.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
