This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2018 and conduct enquiry by appointing an officer except the 4th respondent under the supervision of the 2nd respondent herein and also to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for her unlawful act done to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearance for the 4th respondent.
3.It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has issued summons to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent to conduct an enquiry. However, on receipt of summons, the petitioner did not appear before the 2nd respondent for enquiry.
4.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to issue fresh summons to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.12.2018 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
