RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.10564 of 2021 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.16194 of 2021 dated 02/12/2021 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai District.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARPUTHARAJ.A, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the satisfaction Court mentioned in the petition Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10564 of 2021 and the order copy dated 02.12.2021 have to be amended, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.16194 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16194 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
