Pursuant to order dated 22.09.2025, the third respondent provided an inspection to the petitioner on 08.10.2025 and also provided copies of documents requested for. The party-in-person submits that the relief claimed in the writ petition is to consider and dispose of the complaint dated 26.07.2023 under Section 18(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

2. Learned counsel for the first respondent submits that such complaint would be considered and disposed of on merits within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint within three months 2/4
