PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.181 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b) and 109 of BNS, 2023 @ Sections 296(b), 103(1), 61(2), 49, 3(5) of BNS Act, in Crime No.181 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the Intervener would oppose the grant of bail by submitting the screenshots from the CCTV footage, etc., and he would also submit that there are four previous cases as against the petitioner. 4.Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that in a busy bazaar area in the daylight, the petitioner attacked the deceased in a brutal manner and caused death, and the entire thing is captured even by the CCTV footage, and considering the nature of the attack and also considering the stage of investigation, 2/3
