Seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.451 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation in Crime No.451 of 2025 has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai, through e-filing.

3.Since it is reported that the final report has already been filed, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the First Information Report alone. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
