ORDER

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed, against the dismissal order passed in I.A.No.9 of 2018 in A.S.No.10 of 2018, by and which, the petitioners seek for a prayer to scrape the Commissioner's Report filed before the trial Court and to appoint a fresh Commissioner. 1/4

2. Today (20.07.2023), when the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Again, when the matter was taken up for hearing at 2.15 p.m., there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the very A.S.No.10 of 2018, has already been disposed of as early as on 25.02.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the judgment in this regard. Therefore, nothing survives in this matter.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
