O RDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent on 30.08.2023 with regard to some money transaction, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submits that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.G224860/2022/23. During the course of enquiry, even though the petitioner had appeared on several times, the complainant did not appear for enquiry and complaint will be closed shortly.

4.In view of the above submission, since there is no cooperation on the part of the complainant, let the complaint be closed and closure report shall also be served upon the petitioner.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
