This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the passport authorities to issue passport to the petitioner by considering his application dated 13.11.2018.

2.Today(12.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the matter has now become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
