This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petition had been received from the third Respondent, based on which the case in Crime No.212 of 2022 and the counter case in Crime No.213 of 2022 had been registered. He would further submit that both parties had appeared for enquiry.
