O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members and consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.C.No.87 of 2020 and is having 14 previous cases. It is further submitted that the respondents Police are not harassing the petitioner and he is only under the surveillance.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, the respondents Police are directed to follow the due process of law, in case if the presence of the petitioner is required in any case.
