Heard Mr. K.Sathiya Singh, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. D.Gandhiraj, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents and Ms. M.Aasha, Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Fifth Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third Respondents to open the temple, viz., Arulmigu Manthaipidariamman temple situated at Pramanakurichi Village, Ilayankudi Taluik, Sivagangai District, for public worship and festival by considering the representation of the Petitioner and other devotees in that regard. 2/5

Ms. M.Aasha, Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Fifth Respondent, on instructions, states that the said temple is kept open for public worship and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In such circumstances, the relief sought by the Petitioner does not remain for further consideration, but it is made clear that if the Petitioner still has any further grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
