PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to conduct survey, measurement and sub divide the Survey No. 96/1, 26/1, 26/2, 27,167/5 and 167/6 in Mallanampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District as per online applications 24.06.2023 within a reasonable time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has approached this Court that the application submitted by her on 24.06.2023 for survey of land has not been considered by the respondents so far. 2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the petitioner has made an application for conducting survey for the lands in S.No.26/1,2, 27, 96, 167/5,6 of Mallanampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. The above lands belongs to one Chellamuthu and Sundarambal and one of their legal heir, namely Chinnakkalai S/o Chellamuthu has raised certain objections for conducting the survey. 3.Considering the rival submissions made, if the petitioner is having any valid documents, the respondents shall conduct an enquiry as contemplated under section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and pass necessary orders 2/4

enabling the petitioner to work out his remedy, under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, if any adverse order is passed.
