This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 01.09.2016 .

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was placed under suspension on 01.09.2016 and subsequently, the order of suspension was revoked and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
