This Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the Respondent/Investigation Officer to complete the enquiry in Crime No.150 of 2019 within the specified time and file the final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation on the complaint made by the Petitioner is in progress and the same will be completed within a period of two months.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the Investigation Officer to complete the process of the enquiry on the complaint of the Petitioner and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by him/her.
