2. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that the Commissioner is overloaded with the appeals and the appeals of May, 2023, is being disposed of.

3. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with the direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeals sequentially as per the seniority. No costs.
