ORDER

This matter came up for consideration before this Court yesterday, i.e., 11.03.2025 and the learned counsel for the petitioner on record reported 'no instructions'. In view of the same, the matter is directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal' duly printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', duly printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list, there is no representation for the petitioner either during pre-lunch session or in the post-lunch session. In such circumstances, this Court is left with no other option, except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
