ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by interfering with the subject matter purely civil in nature and decided in O.S.No.317 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, CSR.Nos. 142 and 143 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending; that thereafter, the fourth respondent has lodged another complaint alleging that the constructions made by the fourth respondent came to be demolished by the petitioner and that the enquiry is pending in current paper before the third respondent. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
